After parent submitted New Student Registration via Parent Portal band committee will move new student to active student list per following steps.
1. Go to Student tab (on the left) and click on student name to display the details.
2. Select Group, Instrument, Status as Active then tick Move Student To Active Students List then click on Save.
3. Now student will be move to Students List.
4. Click on student name to edit more details – add class name, tutor, add Jazz band group.

Finally, parent should receive an email similar to below from info@myschoolmusic.com.au to verify Email and login to Parent Portal (https://portal.msmusic.com. au/dashboard).
In Parent Portal, parent should see band rehearsal and performance calendar. Parent can also update their own details in Profile (at the top right corner).
