Senior Band and Jazz Band
Dave is a multi-instrumental brass performer, teacher and conductor with over 30 years experience. He began his musical journey by learning the trombone in Mansfield, England, and performed at national level on trombone (National Youth Jazz Orchestra). He also took up the tuba before leaving school and then moved to London for further study. Playing euphonium, trumpet and sousaphone came later and he spent 16 years in London performing in a huge range of big bands, orchestras, brass ensembles and pop/soul bands. Since moving to Sydney in 2011 with his wife and 2 children he has been a full time brass tutor and conductor, mainly located in the Normanhurst, Thornleigh and Pennant Hills area. Aside from conducting and tutoring he still finds time to perform with local brass bands, big bands and his own New Orleans jazz band, The Blue Tongue Brass Band.

Rose Foster
Training Band and Intermediate Band
Rose is a talented musician and conducts a number of school band ensembles around Sydney. She also holds the lead trombone position in the Sirens Big Band.
